Live orders placed by Sunday will go out the following week. All live orders, plants and fish are shipped in an insulated box with heat or cool packs as indicated. Live shipments ship priority USPS. All non live shipments go ground express UPS or USPS. returns are not accepted. Live order losses must be reported within 2 hours of delivery for replacement or refund. If you are not home when your mail is delivered, have it held for pickup and watch the tracking so you can pick it up. Once your post office makes an attempt to deliver , my part is complete
